Free Shipping on Eligible Orders over US$ 99.00.

Orders below US$99 will incur a shipping fee (Asia:starting from US$12.40, Europe:starting from US$16.40, The Americas:starting from US$18.40, Other regions:starting from US$20.40), which will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination,shipping methods and product quantity.
Please note: – Canceling items, combining orders, or changing the shipping address after checkout may affect free shipping eligibility.

We offer international shipping to selected countries and regions. Shipping availability depends on the destination country and local regulations.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days(Monday-Friday). Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT+8) may ship same day.
Orders are processed on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible regarding the shipment status.

Customs Duties & Taxes

There will be no more charges once you have placed your order successfully. In some cases, there may be VAT or other taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by your destination country. However, based on our experience, such a situation is very rare.
If you receive a tax notice from customs, please pay the tax first and then contact our customer service at services@cablefam.com with the payment receipt and we will refund the tax to you.
