The sheath material is low smoke and halogen-free LSZH, which can produce less smoke and almost no highly toxic gas called halogen when exposed to extreme heat or in the event of a fire. This enables safer installations in poorly-ventilated and active people areas. Stranded copper patch cable can be used with a longer flex-life. Tested and verified to meet Cat6a component requirements for ANSI/TIA-568.2-D and ISO/IEC 11801 standards.
